I filed for divorce recently & didn't have to pay any filing fee's because of my income. My husband & I have been seperated since Jan, 07. We own a home together that is up for sale now. I lived there until Nov 07 when he decided he was going to move back in.Only his name is on the mortgage but the deed is in both our names. He has not paid march or april's mortgage so he was able to hire an attorney. I tried going through legal aid in my county but was turned down because they have too many cases. I am now either going to have to go up against his atty by myself or in the mean time I am trying to find an atty who will take my case pro bono, because I am on disability & I can't afford to pay a retainer fee.Anyway, I am a good hearted person but was put through a lot of abuse. Not to mention the fact that he is an alcoholic. I would like to eventually meet a man who knows how to treat his partner with respect and make her feel loved all of the time. I am a simple person and don't ask for much more than love & respect. I have 2 grown children who I love very much & they love me very much. I am in the begining of ms and I have depression, which I take meds for and it does help with the depression alot.

I like to relax & watch tv or an occassional movie, scrapbook, do other crafts, play card & board games, IM, make new friends, go out or order in for dinner once in a while, listen to various types of music, spend time talking with friends even if it means we stay up all night, lol.
