- Bone Marrow Transplant Too Soon to Tell
- Planned for June 24th, 2008- complications pushed it back to July 16th, 2008
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- Sucks, but works.
- Cytarabine Working / Worked
- Gave me a year of remission~~
- Neupogen Working / Worked
- Was GREAT in bringing the white counts up fast~
Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI've suffered from major depression since 1998- attempted suicide in 2005 and now here I am.. taking one day at a time..
Treatments
- Celexa Working / Worked
- Works FABULOUSLY for me~ Although I HAVE to take it every day because it doesn't build up in the system, it makes me HUMAN!!!
- Cymbalta Not Working
- It worked for roughly the first month, then I became extremely depressed while on it and quit taking it- after 2 weeks I attempted suicide- I don't recommend it.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- I must look at the good things, no matter how small.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Has really helped me to begin accepting who I am, and the events in my life that have brought me to where I am- and I continue to grow and learn..
Open Gastric Bypass Surgery
Started the process for Lap RNY at 350 lbs. Surgery Date 11/12/07 Highest weight of 380 lbs-- NOT ANYMORE!
Open Infertility
Type: Ovarian IssuesIn 2001, Emergency Surgery revealed 2 cantaloupe sized dermoid cysts, requiring both fallopian tubes and 1 1/2 ovaries be removed-- The BMT has brought me into menopause at age 24

Type: Open AdoptionHusband and I unable to conceive, We hope someday to adopt a child that needs a loving family!
