http://howisbradley.blogspot.com/ That link is my blog where you can learn more about me. I'm a Unitarian Universalist which is a very important part of my life. Surprisingly we've been around 500 years but many don't know us. Here's a link: http://uua.org/visitors/ I am gay and live with my very loving husband who I married in June of '07. Sure the state says we're not married, but while they won't give us legal papers yet, they can't break the spiritual bond or love we have for each other.

Mostly I do volunteer work. I volunteer at my church as a chairperson for our LGBT group called Interweave. I volunteer as the chairperson for a couples group at our local LGBT gay and lesbian center. I'm putting together a national conference at our church for next February. And now I'm trying to get a DBSA started in my local area. How do I do all this while being bipolar? Well, I do as much as I can when I'm manic, though I'm usually doing all things at once. :-)

Lost another two pounds. I'm certain it would be lower except that I've built a lot of muscle in my legs by walking.
Woo Hoo! I finally broke the barrier and have lost 50% of my first goal of 24 pounds. It's been a long stand still, but I finally …
Finally down to 40% of my goal. Broke a little past my plateau
Haven't heard from you in a while. Hope all is well.
I did a search for UU's on DS. Guess who's name showed up, Bradley?lol. Here's a hug from a New York Unitarian Universalist. Hope you are enjoying your day.
You can do it, Bradley :)
You've done a great job! That's what you have to remember!! Keep on keepin on!! xo Robin
I haven't been on DS much at all for the past week, either -- summer school keeping me busy or tired. Bleh. How's it going?
Diagnosed with major depression in 1997 and with bipolar in December 2007. Currently go to a support group once a week, but want to start one closer to my home.
I've always been overweight except for a couple of years when I ran all the time. In the past year I've gone on psych meds and my weight ballooned to the point I never feel good.
