ok now im on the greene tea thing i drink 3 cups daily with 2 tea bags per cup i add lemon and sugar to help with the flavor and im also drinking orange flavor fiber drink mix to help me poop the bad weight, walmart is the the best buy for bulk of equate brand oh the greene tea i bought at the 99 cent store 100 bags in a big box so that will last me and im also doing 25-50 sit up a day except weekends oh if you go on you tube you can find a video with this guy useing a broom to get rid of love handles simply by streating side to side it hard to explain but the video should help so far ive lost a few pounds and i only drink one cup of soda a day and drink lemon water the thing i noticed i gain more weight with pasta.. so i have decided to eat smaller meals and keep myself busy and drink alot of fluid.i still love my sweets/snacks but i limit my cheats so i can loose and indulge.....best of luck and much love to you all.
