      I am 40 years old and just this year for the first time in my life I started having severe anxiety attacks after having a miscarrige (I got pregnant on Mirena) and I also had a severe Uteral Infection and started a new Job all in a couple of weeks. I am trying to find ways to deal with that and can use any advice.

      Xanax Somewhat Helpful
      it helps but I get very tired on that

      I have had Panic Attacks since the end of January for the first Time in my Life and did not know what to do about it.. it all started very scary .. I since then have joined DS and am on Meds and learned to go with it... I still have bad Days but it is not as bad anymore!

      Positive Thinking Working / Worked
      It took me a while but it is helping
      Xanax Working / Worked
      Just makes me sleepy so I don't like to take it
      Prozac Working / Worked
      it is helping somewhat
