    • About Me

Surgery date 3/19/08. Live in a small town, married for 28 years, one adult child (age 22), and I love animals. I like to go to church and my favorite passage in the Bible is Psalm 103. If I ever feel used, abused, or sick, I just read Psalm 103. Here is some of what Psalm 103 says: Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagles. The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy...He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities...The mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who respect Him, and His righteousness to childrens children... Well, you get the idea. You can look it up for yourself if you want to read more.

Thank you so much for contacting me! I loved hearing how you were doing! After nine months, I have stopped losing completely for nearly two months and had given up hope of losing more, but you have renewed my faith that more pounds will fall off! Thank you for your message of hope! Love, Karen McSweeney
