I feel like I'm making progress with the workouts. Yesterday at the end of the workout I was able to jump rope 36 times before messing up. Normally, I can barely do 20 at the mid-point of the workout when I'm not as tired. My stair stepper exercise is also getting better. I am able to push myself harder than I could before. Today after doing forward stepping lunges with weights, I'm not even sore like I usually am. That's huge progress which motivates me to keep going.

that's great news! keep up the good work. I know what you mean, when I get sore it is discouraging so I try to do low impact. HUGS
