Try water therapy. When I go to physical therapy, I do all of the work in a special therapy pool. Not so much strain on the body. The temperature of a therapy pool tends to be a bit warmer, so be careful if heat is a problem. Heat is a problem for me, but the therapy pool never caused a problem. My best to you. Alita

Thanks for all of your love and concern for my precious grandsons. i posted ther sweet pictures. I have had them since Nov 26 when my daughter left them alone for the second time. I have got to see Meade 14 months take his first steps.Brandon has always been special to me. He has had alot of new learning to do since he came to live with grandma. He has also got to see his dad for the first time in 3 years. So alot of changes of been made . My life has been turned up side down. Each day is a new day for us. Who said I would be taking care of a 14 moth old plus a 5 years at 58 & my husband is 68. My daughter should be counting her blessing that we have her boys and can care for them. Big Hugs ~~~~~~~~~Suzanne

Hi! I am also new to this site and understand where you are. I am still able to work parttime with an EF of 33. Don't get discouraged. My doc says....don't pay so much attention to the numbers. Sometimes we hear those darn numbers and just the thought makes us feel worse. From my experience, try to look for little pieces of sunshine. Even in the rain, there is sun, we just can't always see it. Look around....there is always something beautiful, you just need to look.

Thank you so much! I need all the prayers and thought that you have to spare. Just trying to keep my head up and above the water line. Love and Blessings - Susie
