well this month has not been a good one. on August 2 i totaled the van. i has a seizuire and went over a 30 foot embankment and rolled my van 3 maybe 4 times they say. i don't know i was out of it. i was rushed to the hospital cause i hurt all over and couldn't move my limbs. i guess from the shock. i spent 6hours in the emergency room and they sent me home. told me to take tylnol. i'm sorry that didn't cut the pain i was in thank goodness i had some pain pills here. i was to see my dr on tuesday but she couldn't see me till friday. we went to my diabtic specialist in Des Moines she didn't seem to think it was my diabtic that caused it but one of my mental medicines. James got to thinking and remembered that one of them said it could cause seizures so i called my pharmasist. she looked it up and found out that one of my mental medicines could cause seizuires. so i called my p dr and told him and he immedately said we had to get me off of them so we've been wening me off of them. then if that wasn't enough i was sitting on the porch and seen my little Buddy get killed. a car hit him through him over the car and he landed on the highway, all i could do  was scream and cry and James came out and seen Buddy and went and got him. so its been a bad month for me. James and i bought a new car its a 2003 Chevy Impala sedan Candy Apple Red in color. but i can't drive till we find our whats going on with me. so i don't wreck this on to. the only thing that saved me on the wreck was i almost hit 2 cars and 2w cars were coming and seen me go over the embankment or i could have layed there a long time. praise God for miracles.

James is doing good since his bypass. hes doing cardiac rehab now he gets real tired after wards and wishs i could drive but he does fine. he still tires out real easy. but he'll get better i'm sure. well the old birthday's coming round the corner fast its a week from sunday i'll be a whopping 57years old. anyone else august 31? all for now got to run cyndi
