Close Self-Injury
Not real sure what to add outside of I am a cutter who would like to talk with others who self-injure too.
Treatments
- Outpatient Treatment Program Not Working
- This was a waste of time for me, because there were no other cutters/self-harmers there.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Helps sometimes and other times it makes it worse. Sometimes seems like such a waste of time for me.
- Rubber Bands Working / Worked
- Doesn't work for me.
- S.A.F.E. (Self-Abuse Finally Ends) Considering
