I love this painting. I love the way it is painted, I like your use of gold and how you got some of the face through the black. I find this to be more of a real face. It tells the real feelings and I am all about that. So are you obviously.
It's a portrait of my friend, Lisa. She lost all of her hair due to alopecia. She was being stalked by a very high ranking RCMP officer and was afraid for her life. She has managed to get out from under his grasp and is now getting some of her hair back. She is a very free spirit normally and one of the very few people I've ever met who can truly live in the moment.
