  I'm definitely with you about laughing. I try to find funny things on tv and my "girls" usually have me laughing at their antics. Sometimes I find myself laughing at the silly things I think or do. It is good to not take oneself too seriously. love you! (((HUGS)))

  Yes friend, you have been wonderfully supportive of me and I truly am grateful for our friendship. Each of us have had days when we haven't felt very valuable, due to illness, or the craziness of our situations...But always there has been much value in what I have learned from you as I hope you that have found in my ramblings. The biggest thing is that we pick ourselves up and choose life over giving up. That we continue to see the hope & beauty even when things can look very bleak. And Kim my dear friend, I hear your strength of resolve and zest for life even during your distress.   Thanks for the "hug" ....yes, almost summer here, we are expecting a hot one, so lots of pruning and mulching happening here...I'm a bit late with my sunflowers this year, but they love the hot weather so that won't be a problem. Sorry the treatments are knocking you about...but hang in there, you seem to have some good advice from your new medical team. Sometimes the cure is worse than the disease! I am now on Cyclosporin...Neoral. First week was good, then the dose was doubled for week 2...total disaster. Ended up emailing my specialist, he suggested sticking with the lower dose. Powerful drug though, have to track blood pressure weekly as well as monthly bloods to make sure my kidneys and liver are not being destroyed. Has improved my joint pain no end....and energy levels are excellent....so maybe he has hit on something useful. Think of you often, especially when I'm puddling around in the garden.   Yes Kim, I too had to stop being around people who told me I would never find healing...Whether from suppport groups or professional people! I had to stop reading about how my illness was going to progress and possibly cause death. And the reality of it all is NO ONE can really know except God, Universe or whatever one chooses to believe. I too stayed focus on what I was living for and today focus on the fact that I just want to live! Stay in today and what is at hand.... But stop worrying about the house too much, do something just for you every day. It really helps! love you ! Toshie

  Well you made it through the testing and still holding on to your sense of humor. YAY!!! Sorry you have to go through this, but I guess they must know what is best for now. I am happy to hear you are making plans and so pleased that you are staying in touch. Sometimes I know how hard it is to get online after all that you have been through.
