You are by far the wisest young person I have ever met! Where were you when I was 22... Oh, I guess you were still in kindergarten :)

Close Lupus
I was diagnosed with lupus when I was 16, and everything seemed ok, except for the physical aspects; now I am 22 and I am falling apart emotionally
Treatments
- Cellcept Somewhat Helpful
- It works for protein leakage from my kidneys, but now I have the beginnings of barritts esophagus, and really bad reflux
- Plaquenil Working / Worked
- I have no idea if it is really working, it was a substitute for the prednisone.
- Prednisone Not Working
- I took prednisone when I was first diagnosed, with IITP, and ended up with prednisone induced diabetes,DVT, and rapid weight gain ; thank goodness when I was done taking it my diabetes went away.
- Nexium Working / Worked
- Is really helpful in controlling the reflux I have been experiencing
- Clinoril Working / Worked
- Is really helpful in controlling bouts of inflammation
- Progesterone Too Soon to Tell
- Is really helpful in inducing my periods need to read up on side affects
