Good evening everyone.  Well, my son is home!  I picked him up in Akron two weeks ago.  My other kids all know he's home now.  He wanted to surprise them.  Well, he did!  lol   Tuesday was his 29th birthday and I had him over and fixed him dinner.  It wasn't much, but it was all I could afford to do for him.  I think he was happy with dinner. 

I'm taking a break from Karate for awhile.  So is Kristen.  One, I'm still getting the knee injections, two, I can't afford it right now.  I plan to get back into it as soon as I can!  I am, however, going to start going back to the Y in the morning.  I do miss that quite a bit.  The water exercises will be good for me.  I want to keep this weight loss going.  I know that, even with the gel injections, I'm still going to have to have knee replacement surgery.  I want to get my weight down considerably first.  No point in going through that if I don't get my weight down first.  The knee injections are going well.  I've had 4 of 5 in the right knee and my dr is going to start the left knee next week.  Then go back and do the last one in the right knee.  I did have another bad anxeity attack a few days ago.  I'd run out of my Clonazepam and was going through withdrawal.  I'm ok now though.  I'm back on my meds.  My dr increased my antidepressant and Lantus insulin too.  I'll be in good shape again soon!  I'm already feeling much better!! 

My apt is even clean!!  Not spotless, but mostly neat and all the garbage cleaned up.  I just have to figure out what to do with all the boxes!!  lol  I am giving away my coffee & end tables.  I have a smaller, lighter coffee table I want to use.  This one I have now is to heavy for me to move every time I want to vacumn.  The end tables aren't to stable.  So, Karen's mother in law is taking them.  I figure I can stack up the boxes beside the couch and cover them up and use them for an end table for now!  Things are slowly coming together.  Now, if I can just get some money on my laundry card, I'll be all set! 

Karen had an application for food stamps for me.  As soon as I get that from her, I'll fill it out and take it in and get an appt.  Well guess that's about it for now.  The babysitting is going mostly ok.  I still have behavioral problems with Ian.  But, I think I'm getting a handle on that one.  Oh, and I've decided to stay here in this apt for the time being.  The newer management is making an effort to really fix this place up!  They've fixed the light outside my entrance door and today they put new locks on the entrance doors.  Which reminds me, I need to run out and put my rent check in the box!!  So, good night all!  I pray everyone is doing well!!!
