OK, I had a couple of good days, now I tried to do gardening,,no good...Now for the last 7days I have paid dearly...I am in great pain and just no energy at all..I just wanna get away from my self sometimes

today after 3 2hr days of vbs..I have totally crashed for the last couple of days. except to go to Church and even then i was totally oout of it..I se that I really cannot work continuously and my brain fog totally interfered.. I get a lil afraid of my own body, not being able to do for myself, not only is embarassing, it is scary...

WEll i am on savella and at first I thought it was gonna be great, also now all my drs agree I am low on t3 so they are playing w/my thyroid, I get really worn out alot lately and the pain is increasing due to weather.

ok today was just down right suicidal...ITs gotta get better...

ok yesterday was unbearable, just mainly fatigue...now today is a little better. just painful...well just waiting for thyroid to do right as well.. gaining too much weight

Today was ok. Went to several stores, really hurting. But trying to hang in there... I had to go home and lay down as it wore me out. I was suppose to go to my Aunts and see my grandmother she has alzheimers but just couldnt.. I have been in this one for a while.. Way up then way down..

Today an ok day, went grocery shopping, cannot drive due to meds so mom does, however got thru it... Now I have to rest...Too much walking, but overall had a fairly good day.

Today at least I did get some rest , had to go sit at the hospital as m-in law had surgery, got home bout the same time kids did, back hurting, head hurting...Pain no fun...Not a good fibro day...Im in bed at 430p....

Today I was depressed, headaches alot and a flare came on last night so today was slow going. I did what I had...to do and that was it..

For the last 4 nights been sweating then cold.. Weird then I got monthly and it stopped. Also just dragging.. I think I am adding my menopaus to the fibro and getting pooped...

yesterday and today I was very down and out, very much pain and difficulty to concentrate...Well we all have bad days, these were just worse..Looking for the sun to shine in me as well....

What a week. up and down.. Today I am very sick. I tried to hard to live normal this week., so really feeling weak today... I tried fishing..Thought it might help my spirits, however had a lot of pain..But enjoyed getting out.. My mom drives so doesnt danger anyone with my fog...However I was exhausted and hurting all over for it..Maybe its worth it.. Not feeling like that right now though..Hopefully it will be a better tomorrow.

My neck is hurting really bad today. I had to take an extra muscle relaxer..I have been having a few anxiety attacks lately and i am not sure why..Seems my pain is increasing and will need the permanent nerve block..However just trying to pay off the other Dr. bills right now..

Today was a better day than yesterday...So hey that is good. Even if its not perfect it was a better day..

Its tooo hot...This is making me even more tired with the fibro and increases the pain level as well/ Hubby said he noticed I was in bed alot more these days. Pain is increasing .. I will try to get outside tonight if it cools off..Wow getting lots of headaches lately

Yesterday was really painful, but I kept pushing thru...Sundays are almost allways rough...However last night I dropped out and slept 12hours ( w/meds however I so needed it) I was crying due to pain..Even pain meds wouldnt cut it..Hate those times...

Wow today was rainy and I thought it was gonna be a good day, but got so fatigued I had to get a handicap cart at Walmart, just to painful and tired to walk out of the blue..Anyway Tk God I could come home and rest..

Well today was a beautiful day, painful but my energy wasnt as bad as usual. I was able to have a half way good day..Concentration not good, but at least it was ok..
