Sending a rainbow to hopefully somehow brighten your tomorrows. Take care gentle hugs and hang in there.. hopefully sometime soon they will come up with something to help us all get rid of or manage this FM and regain our lives back.
You are not alone in all this and certainly in the way you feel now. Hope you feel better soon.

How late are you taking your second daily dose of Savella? I take mine between 5 a.m. - 6 a.m., and the second one between 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. If I take it later than 3 p.m., I have more energy than I need in the evenings. Because Savella increases our norepinephrine uptake, you don't want to take it close to bedtime. An early afternoon dose will work much better with your sleep routine. Have you tried that?
I've also found that, with Savella, when we start feeling better & have more energy, we'll increase our activity level - but it's still easy to overdo it. So, especially in the first several weeks, we should watch what we do & not get too froggy. Is that what you mean by "crashing" -- overdoing it? Just a few adjustments, and it has worked PERFECTLY for me. I also drink a lot of water & take my doses after eating.
Good luck!
I developed fibro abt 1month after I had arm surgery and in recovery I had a car accident.. Then I got Fibro and have not had much fun since.. I have finally found a pain relief doctor. Only problem here is most fibro doctors do not take insurance.
