- Myofascial release and other hands-on treatment modalities, weekly.

- Monthly GENTLE adjustments from head to toe; every other month prolotherapy on particularly loose joints.
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- Weekly or more deep water exercise using buoyancy belt. The more toned the muscles, the fewer and less severe the subluxations.
