Close Environmental Allergies
Type of allergy: PollenChronic wheezing, coughing, nasal drippage for several years. Have been told it's "seasonal" allergies even though I have these problems constantly.
Treatments
- Allegra Working / Worked
- Worked, but not as well as Claritan.
- Clarinex Working / Worked
- Currently taking.
- Flonase Working / Worked
- Caused me to feel overdry, but was much better than not using or using just Saline. No longer use due to cost.
- Nasacort AQ Working / Worked
- Caused me to feel overdry, but was much better than not using or using just Saline. No longer use due to cost.
- Nasal Irrigation Somewhat Helpful
- Currently using due to cheap cost. Works better than not taking, but not as good as Prescription nasal sprays.
- Nasonex Working / Worked
- Caused me to feel overdry, but was much better than not using or using just Saline. No longer use due to cost.
- Rhinocort AQ Working / Worked
- Caused me to feel overdry, but was much better than not using or using just Saline. No longer use due to cost.

- Made me too tired to work.
Close Mortgages & Foreclosures
Currently selling first home after three years of owning first-time. Purchase price too large to live comfortably. Was a supposed low-income program, so trusted when they said would be able to live comfortably "big mistake." Able to keep up w/ mortgage, but sold after being layed-off of work and taking lesser paying job. Likely would have sold either way. Not enough time or money to enjoy home the way I wanted to.
Open Depression
Type: Post Partum DepressionSeveral years of feeling "blue". Pattern of bad relationships. Parents: mother controlling and mentally unstable, father alcoholic (but loving).

- Always has worked. Unfortunately life too busy for after birth of second child.
- Writing Working / Worked
- Always works. Poetry and Journaling.
Open Panic Attacks
Have had heart palpitations caused from Anxiety for 3 or 4 years. Told doctor about feeling faint and "out of control of body" and was laughed at.

- Psychotherapy Not Working
- Didn't attend long enough. Attempted twice for couples therapy, but stopped when partner using sessions to manipulate, tell lies to form partnerships with Counselors.
Open Stress Management
Have been stressed to the point of having panic attacks. Just the basic everyday stuff like working, taking care of children, and dealing with bad relationships.

- Always works to listen to music I love or to sing--Karoake.
Open Alcoholism
Father an unreliable but loving alcoholic. Boyfriends alcoholic. Abused alcoholic myself until first child born.

- Took due to DUI and didn't--didn't drink after having first child.
- AA Meetings Working / Worked
- Took due to DUI and didn't--didn't drink after having first child.
Open Obesity
Have been overweight/not overweight in conjunction with bad relationships. Currently overweight for six years straight. Current bad relationship lasting 7 years.
Treatments
- Cycling Not Working
- Couldn't stick to it, as felt lonely after it became routine.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Did in combination with Yoga and always worked if stuck to it. Haven't been able to due to no time to, as caring for children and working.
Open Pregnancy
Currently 7 months pregnant. Raising children alone and this will be third child.
Open Breakups & Divorce
Divorced from bad relationship and really only married a few months. Have two children and raising them alone.

- Couples Counseling Not Working
- Found that two different partners used sessions to partner with Counselor--told lies, weren't considered with being honest. Didn't complete sessions.
