not working at this time, because of pain.. been married over 40 years to a wonderful husband and father to our 3 grown children! we have 3 and soon to be 4 grandchildren! love to garden and go for walks with my sweet little dog and my husband.. my new grand baby was born june 1 08!!!! was a girl named emmy faye!

ive been going through a hard time lately with panic and anxiety!!! my doctor put me on zoloft the other day, and its been hard on me, i want to share feelings and thoughts about it, i feel so alone!
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- it helps sometimes, when the attacks are small...
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- when my mind is raceing,its hatrd to concentrat, but i do try..
- Xanax Working / Worked
- this does help me alot!!! this gets me through the rough times..
- Zoloft Too Soon to Tell
- just started on this, so i cant say yet.
Open Panic Attacks
i too have had panic attacks for over 2 years now.. i also have anxiety attacks aswell.. a couple of weeks ago, i had the worst panic attack ever! went to er, and was sure i was haveing a heart attack!! i was scares! but after a xanax, i was ok again, and felt ashamed of myself! i dont know what causes them? iam trying to learn how to deal with them as i go, but thats not easy... one day at a time... bren
