Dilantin Somewhat Helpful

Took it when I first developed epilepsy. Stopped because I did not like the side effects I read, not that I experienced them.

Keppra Not Working

Horrible. I felt so Horrible while on Keppra. It just magnified my tiredness, turning it into such fatigue I couldn't stand to work. It also made me extremely emotional, crying often, and also depressed. It made me want to go off all epileptic medicine if these would be the side effects of the more serious medications. (I am blessed enough to not have a more severe case of epilepsy, an average of 6 per year when I'm exhausted) I'd never turn to it again

Lamictal Somewhat Helpful

They are a bit lite for me. I still have seizures when I'm exhausted, but I'd rather stay on this than go on any other epileptic medicine if I can help it. I'd rather have seizures every few months than live with the side effects of the more serious medicines out there (of which I have tried a few of).

Tegretol Somewhat Helpful

Possibly controlled my seizures, but wanted to try another medicine to see if they could go away indefinetly, and changed to Lamictal. It's about the same results. I don't remember if Tegretol was better or worse.
