Feb 26th 2009 I went to get a physical for my AND benefits to keep comming. My doctor told me that he has done as much as he can to help me with my SSI claim. Then he told me about a lawyer who he said could help me. So I asked his name. Turns out to be the same lawyer who failed me when my first denial happened. So I told him NO I dont want to use this lawyer again. See our home is for sale again. I am going to have to move. I dont know if I should stay here in town or move to Pueblo where I have other family members who live there. God knows I have no friends in town these days here anyhow. My lawyer has not told me when my next hearing will be. So now its just a waiting game for me. I am so unsure of myself these days. I dont got a clue what to do.
