January 30th. Took a shower last nite to relax my muscles. But that sure was short lived relief. It only lasted half hour then my back started to go into spasms again. So I went to bed quickly after that. I am hopeful that Celexa will help me with this depression. I have some good days but also some bad days. One friend on here suggested I keep a sort of journal about my pain. Its not a bad idea so I started on it today. I will try to write as often as I can. The weather here has improved since yesterday. I feel badly for those who got hit with that ice storm. It must really suck to be without power for such a long time in the winter. I just hope that spring will come soon. very soon. I have to see if my doctor came back from his day off. I need to ask for more morphine. I only have enough for maybe 9 or 10 more days of it. He writes it down, I go in person to pick up a piece of paper and sigh in that he wrote the prescription for me. Then I got to go to the pharmacy to fill the order. I wish he could just call it in to the pharmacy but he said they dont do it that way????? I sure dont understand that? But I guess they have their rules since it is a narcotic. Its not in the same classification as other drugs he gave me for my back. Have a good weekend all this is my wish for all of you!!
