January 19th finally its tomorrow to see Obama take the oathe of office. Cant be in DC but I think lots of us will be watching from a great vantage point. Our televisions screen. It was nice at first then it got very windy. Then it got downright dusty and stuff all blowing all over the place. We had a surprise visit from my niece who got married back in Sept. She came with her new husband and a friend. On their Harleys. She looks very happy even with all the dirt flying in the air she looks happy on her Harley. She rarely visits us down here so it was a nice surprise to see the Newlyweds. They were just out to ride with the wind. She loves the freedom I can tell. I only once got to ride on a Harley and it was really fun. I dont blame her for falling in love with that wonderful feeling of just leting the wind run through your hair. Its fun. Oh just to be back in my 20s again. Seems like such a long time ago. With the pains I have I feel really old. Ive got to see that Movie with Brad Pitt where his character is born old and gets younger. It would be great to get younger. But thats not the way it is. A friend of mine who reads my journals gave me her phone number. She offering advise. But I cant call as I cant afford the long distance bill. Wish I could call but I just dont want to make the phone bill larger than I can handle. But I hope that she knows that I value her advise and friendship very much. So I hope she will understand if I cant call her. hope that she will still be my friend. Im not trying to be unfriendly or anything. Its just that phone company really costs quite a bit for long distance. I rarely if ever use a phone these days. Its true. I hope that she will understand and still offer me her advise and friendship on line. As it would mean so much to me if she could still remain a good friend. Love to you all who read this.
