December 11th. Today is My parents 51th anivarsary that they have been together. Wow that seems like forever to someone like me who has never and probably will never marry. Its still cold but at least the sun came out. I have done no christmas shopping at all I know. I cant beleave it but I dont really feel like going out that much. I did a load of laundry that is the most exciting thing I did today I guess. I have to look for some of the paperwork that they want for this SSI application. Their rules are quite difficult for a person to get ssi. I know that I graduated High school but back then there were manuel typewriters in the class rooms. I never worked on a computer in High School. Now that Im confessing to being a technicalogically challenged I have never used a fax or copy machine or even a cell phone or wireless phone. Nor am Ipod or fancy musical gadget. Oh hell I guess Im in trouble cause I dont know squat! Saw that they found a body of a child in Florida. Could it be Kaycee Anthony that child that went missing back in June of 08???? Poor child. I hope that now perhaps her soul will rest in heavenly peace if it is her remains. Its really a mixed up story and so sad. Take care everybody.

Happy anniversary to your parents! That's great, 51 years together! Glad you had some sunshine today, even if it's cold. We're under flood watch here; been raining all day. Looks like you know some stuff about computers and all; folks our age kinda fell into the group before computers. My nephew is 14 and he makes me feel kinda dumb when it comes to anything computer-oriented! Kids! ha! Hope you have a good one....xxx

I don't know how to work any of those fancy gadgets either. I confess I do have a mobile phone (cell phone) but when I got a new one recently (a free one from a phone company promotion) I nearly tore my hair out trying to figure how to set the alarm on it, even though there were instructions I couldn't make head nor tail of what they meant... lol. I use the phone alarm to tell me to take my meds... 'cause the phone is always with me and then I never forget to take them at the right time... it's important to always take the controlled release ones at the same time, and my memory is shot. Anyway I do understand how it feels to not be able to do stuff that seemingly "everyone" else can do... but remember everyone else had to learn how to use technology and probably had someone teach them. If you don't know it is only because you have not been taught and not had reason to learn... it does not mean you couldn't learn if you were shown... and it is NOT a reflection on your worth as a person.
