suffer from Depression and anxiety.I have two children (2&5). And am happily married (well aside from my depression.) I am a stay at home Mom. Everything hit it's peak in march when I had to go in for Partial Hospitalization. It was embarassing but it helped alot. I also have single sided deafness (Rt side) due to having a Acoustic Neuroma (non-cancerous brain tumor) removed about four years ago. And had a BAHA hearing aide put in three years ago.

Aww, thanks, but I haven't been around much myself so I completely understand. Take care of those kids and yourself and we'll get to chattin again sooner or later :o)

This present box includes a day of feeling good, not worrying or giving a shit about anything but you, so make sure you use it as often as needed. It also has lots of sunshine and puppy kisses, along with a shot of some sort of liquor, you get to pick, a tinnitus exterminator and huge doses of energy to boot! Have fun :o)

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI Have been suffering from depression my whole life. The older I get the worse it gets, now I have anxiety and painic attacks too.
Treatments
- Lexapro Too Soon to Tell
- will give it a try, so far no side effects. switched over from Prozac
- Meditation Working / Worked
- helps refocus and calm me down. sometimes It calms me too much and I just fall asleep. so maybe I am not doing it right!
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- good and bad visits.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Sooo much help
- Wellbutrin Too Soon to Tell
- dry mouth and ringing in mt ears
Close Anxiety
I ahve been having major panic attacks for the past three months-with no reason. they almost always come on in the middle of the night while I am asleep.(I wake to them). I also have general anxiety with some social anxiety
Treatments
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- no side effects. expensive. worked the best when I would have two or more treatments a week
- Klonopin Working / Worked
- works well for general anxiety. makes me a little sleepy though.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- helps when my stress level is high
- Xanax Working / Worked
- hard to take with Klonopin, and it makes me very sleepy. it works but is a last resort
Open Parenting Big Kids (5-8)
I am a stay at home mom with a 5yr old and a 1 1/2 year old-both girls. I suffer from depression and anxiety as well.

- Listening Somewhat Helpful
- I try my best to hear her out, but it is frustrating
