Just wanted to say hi and hope you are feeling okay. Went and had an oil change done on my car and was suppose to have a tune up but the mechanic forgot to order rings were the spark plugs are so he was afraid to open it up. Geez... now I have to go back next week. I'm going thru gas like you wouldn't believe. Sucking it up and right now it's expensive up here. Watching the Yankee game. Or should say the boys are watching the game. I have no choice. Only female here. Out numbered all the time. Enough yapping about nothing. Have a great evening. Give the boys a great big hug from their adopted Auntie Nancy :) Hugs Nance
You have great looking kids!
I'm new at this. Learning more than I care to learn, but I'm accepting the diagnosis. I'm researching because the doc threw me two scripts and I want to learn about them and the disease before I start this therapy. Up until now, I knew something was wrong to be this young and to hurt so much. I also have a strong faith, and I feel that being blessed with Fibro will bring me closer with God. And with God as my refuge, I can be the mom, wife and friend that God has called me to first.
I'm a stay at home mommy of a 3yr old and 1 yr old. I joined DS for a condition I have and just stumbled upon this. Hubby and I are struggling with our 3yr old. We are on a 6 month waiting list to have an evaluation done to see if it's us, or possibly an issue with his learning.
I've had PCOS for about 7yrs now. I went through several doctors including the Mayo Clinic before I found a local doctor who knew what she was diagnosing. I've miscarried once but I have two beautiful children. This disease is starting to show it's ugly face again with the pelvic floor pain. It stops me in my tracks. There is no greater pain then pelvic floor pain!!!
I've been suffering with Asthma since 2004. It came on with pregnancy. I was advised by the doctor that 1/3 pregnancies develop Asthma, and 1/3 of them retain it....Lucky Me! Although I had often develop Asthma like symptoms when I'd get sick.
Our 3yr old was just dx with autism spectrum disorder. We want to learn all about this. We want to help him grow to the the best he can be. I've been a member of DS for a yr now. And I look forward to meeting others in this group.
