My 21 yr old daughter suffered with boils during her adolesence, always healed on their own, didn't think much of it. Now she has a daughter,20 months old, and has had 3 separate occasions of boils on the backside that have been lanced and tested positive for mrsa. The docs act like no big deal, but we don't know how serious this is or not.They just say skin mrsa is less than internal. Can someone enlighten us or direct us to an intelligent source.
