It's been awhile
Its been awhile since I have posted. Over a year actually. I'm not sure why I stopped. I guess Life got in the way. I got so busy with things. So …
Divorced single mom of 2 kids, almost 11 & 10. They are 11 mos apart, my Irish twins. My daughter, the oldest, is mainstream and a little mini me, and my son has recently been diagnosed with ADHD. For bill paying, I deal with profit margins and pricing for a distributor. As far as my relationship status, it's pretty much nonexistent. Interests include reading, playing video games, and watching TV (I love my DVR!).

I have the same problem with my 9 y/o daughter as you do said in your post. So I wanted to send out a hug to you.((((((((((((HUG))))))))))))))))))
My stepson did this, to the point where he'd run the shower, not even get in it, come out dry and say he showered. My husband began having him do chores to pay for the wasted water, smelled him for soap when he came out and sent him back until he was clean. At the same time the child learned to do his own laundry. I tell you, he straightened up fast when it cost him chores to help with the water bill, he hated his dad smelling his hair after a shower, and when I do occasionally do his laundry when he's been working hard, during wrestling season at school when he's just worn out, or when I tell him I have room for some of his clothes in with my load, he appreciates it. Parenting is just not an easy job is it, gal?
thank you
Hi. I had to work so I wasn't online last night. Take care and hope to talk to you very soon.
My son, 8, was just medically diagnosed with ADHD, although, the "H" should really be taken out of his equation. He's a sweet, funny, sensitive child. He's also a surviving identical twin who was born at almost 26 weeks at 1 pound. If all this kid has is ADHD and a huge vision issue, I would say we are doing well. I lost my other son due to NO quality of life. Hunter has enough quality for the both of them. He just needs extra special help in some areas. He's a very cool kid!
Divorced mom of 2, girl 9 and son 8. The father and I have 50/50 custody. He makes considerably more than I, so I get $250/mo child support. Expenses were doable when he took them his 50%. Now he's mad at me again and I have had my girl full time since Labor Day weekend 06 and my son since beginning of Oct. He picks son up for weekends once every 7 weeks or so and leaves my girl behind. Its heartbreaking to watch this. I'm sick of courts & cops. $10,000 later and we're stuck until I win lottery.
My boyfriend has a 12yo son. I have a girl,9 and a son, 8. Mine live with me full time but on paper have 50/50 custody and live just minutes away. My boyfriend's son lives 2 hours north and visits on long weekends, holidays, and summers.
I have a daughter who is almost 10. She is very prepubescent. VERY! We have issues.
Single parent of my girl, 9 and my son, 8.
My son, 8 was diagnosed with depression. He scored 94% which means that out of 100 kids, only 6 others would be more depressed than him. Poor kid.
