  i'm sorry you've had such a rough week. i was on risperdal for a year or so when i was first diagnosed with schizoaffective. it ended up taking away my period & making me lactate. NOT a good thing. i'm now on seroquel & abilify, neither of which give me side effects. maybe one of them would work for you? i hope they figure out something that works sooner rather than later. if you ever want to talk, jot me a note.

  I just am filled with so many feelings and I just want to be thin again. I want to look painfully skinny so people will understand that I'm NOT okay. Whenever I try to explain that I'm still struggling people give me the "oh but you look fine". It's not about being happier. It's not about being beautiful. It's not about perfection or control. It's about looking the way I feel. I just want people to understand. I know this contridictory and all that stuff but I can't take it anymore.
