      I'm a nursing student trying to redefine and improve my life. I'm suffering from depression for the second time and today was given a tentive diagnosis for PMDD. (PMS that kicks ass) I've never been a firm believer in medication or therapy, but I'm trying to keep an open mind and give it a chance.
