      I'm a social to sometimes binge drinker. Switched from beer to whiskey after I quit smoking. Afraid beer will make me lose my ciggie quit. The whiskey makes me lose my memory, though! Limiting my drinks now.

      I am 2 months smoke-free as of 4/6/08 and I've decided to quit counting my days and just consider myself a non-smoker! I'm very proud of my quit and never thought I could do it, but I have! I am a non-smoker today and very proud of it!

      Quit smoking in Feb. Lost 7 lbs before my quit then with 2 months gained that back plus about 7 or 8 lbs. It has leveled out now, so I need to start exercising and dieting to increase metabolism.

      enrolled online for several months without using it...I have to get back to counting points.
