I am finally acknowledging that I need help to lose weight. About eleven years ago I was diagnosed with asthma based on inhaling silver dust while designing jewelry out of antique silver. I was not warned about the side effects of prednosone, and gained about fifty pounds. Ever since, I have been struggling with my weight, and it has been so long, that I am afraid I will never be a normal weight again. I am a realtor, dress well, and am very positive, but still need help to lose weight.
