I have got Hereditary Peripheral Sensory Neuropathy which is my main illness.I was only diagnosed earlier this year after mis diagnosed since childhood. I was told that it is progressing slowly and it has also affected my bladder. I have also got Fibromyalgia and Restless legs and I have a Learning Disability

Hi Dezna! *waves* It's really good to hear from you :) I'm so glad you arrived safetly and have been resting. Aww a huge happy birthday to Mika for tomorrow. Let me know how the party goes? I have being diagnosed with Hereditary Sensory Neuropathy and also Fibromyalgia and Restless legs and Chronic Pain. I am always in pain and sometimes have to rest. I also suffer from Depression. I walk with a walking aid.

My dad passed away two and a half years ago. I nursed him with my family till the end. So everyday I watch him dying and it was so horrible. I did not want him to go, but had to say good bye. At least I could do that. After he passed I went into total depression, I lost my hair and I did not want to leave the house. This went on for 2 years, and because of all this it brought on all my illnesses.I have move on but I still have my days that I cry, I miss him so much.

- Keeping Busy Working / Worked
- Keeping busy does help. Takes my mind of things.
- Pets Working / Worked
- I have 3 dogs and a cat and they have always been there for me. They give so much love.
- Remembering Working / Worked
- Thinking back to when my dad was still here. I always think of something funny that he would say to me, and also thinking about other things that I did with my dad.
- Talking Working / Worked
- I talk about him all the time. I tell everyone what a fantastic Dad he was. But when I do talk sometimes I get very sad.
Open Dyslexia
I have got a learning Disability, But it is not Dyslexia. My problem is a Auditory problem, which means that I am sound deaf, I don't hear the sounds of words. But it has improved a lot and I can hear more sounds of words these days. My spelling has got a lot better and so has my reading. I have work hard to get it better than it was.
