Close Anxiety

I have had severe anxiety and depression for 6-7 years with little to no relief. I have recently started Lexapro and it semms to be helping slightly. I take Ultram, which is actually prescribed for my migraines but, it helps with my anxiety. I take 2-4 every day. Without it I probably wouldn't be here. I have had several drug induced tries at suiced but, I'm still here. I think I just have a very high tolerance to drugs, because I've been on EVERYTHING there is for depression and anxiety

Acupuncture Not Working

Did it for 8 Weeks. For anxiety, didn't work.

Atarax Working / Worked

Helps me sleep. Alwowed me to cut back on one zanax.

Breathing Exercises Working / Worked

Never took any lessons. Just do what helps.

BuSpar Somewhat Helpful

Not sure it works but, I take it.

Lexapro Working / Worked

Just started 8 days ago. It seems to be helping. Need more time.

Paxil Not Working

Made me want to harm people.

Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful

I try, the anxiety is just so overwhelming. It makes my depressio so much worse.

St. John\'s Wort Working / Worked

Xanax Working / Worked

Only allowed to take 3 a day. Absolutely helps. Usually take more than I should, then I run short at the end of the month.

Zoloft Not Working

No difference
