I am very pleased. I weighed in just now, and have NOT gained weight in the past three weeks since my trip to Oklahoma! I weighed in at 175 pounds just now, actually 1.6 lbs LESS than I was when I got back from my trip. I was very concerned that I had packed the lbs back on, since I really have not been good with the food intake, and since I have failed to get back to the gym since my trip. Maybe it's because I build up some muscle at the gym, and the metabolism is a little better than it was when I started all this? This is like a new lease on life (or at least the weight-loss part of it!)!! Now I can start at 175 and work on losing that 45 remaining pounds, with lots of work and more attention to getting those healthy foods like fruits and veggies back into my meals and snacks!
Eat breakfast early in the day with some protein
Work out at gym before work
Do some evening core exercises on my ball every day
Keep up the daily 3-mile walks
Jog during the weekends as well as the walk
STOP eating ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and, again, I am forbidden to eat after 8 p.m., or in my bedroom. EVERYONE, KEEP REMINDING ME OF THIS RULE, PLEASE!!!!!! NO NIGHT EATING!!!!!!






Here is an idea for you and the Cool Whip. Take 2 sheets of Graham Crackers anjd put some cool whip between them and freeze it. Then you have an ice cream sandwich. It's great, BUT you cannot eat it in your room! LOL
