      binging/purging. currently fighting against it as much as i can.

    • Close Food Addiction

      pretty self-explanatory. when it comes to food for me, there is no such thing as "moderation". i'm just learning how to control my eating habits, and it's much easier said than done.

    • Open Diets & Weight Maintenance

      Treatments

      Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
      Cut all dairy and wheat out of my diet.. it works, but damn it's hard! It's best this way though, because if I have even a little bit all I want is more.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
      Lots of self restraint. Don't eat unless you're hungry! I have to constantly tell myself that.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      Work out every day for as long as I can, usually 40 minutes on the elliptical. I also run a mile and a half twice a week, see a personal trainer twice a week, and take a yoga class once a week.
