    • About Me

I am a stay at home mom. I have been married for over 18 years and I have 2 daughters, 11 and 7. In the last three years I have been diagnosed with both Chron's disease, Fibromyalgia, and I am going through early menopause. It hasn't been a good three years. : (

LMFAO yes I guess you must have. That is terrible about him loosing his job I am so sorry to hear. Times are tough. I had to move in with my oldest as partner and I split and I have taken a position as a phone sex operator LMFAO as SSD does not cover all my bills right now. I don't know what I would do if I still had little ones at home.

I was wandering around looking at different groups, clicked on Fibromyalgia Natural Relief, only 5 members, last post 7-3-09. Not a lot of information but found a post by "Mis-Unshine" (as I like to think of her) that had a direct link to her rant about cigs and the human race. She is such an a**hole! I blocked her nonsense a month ago, she had a buddy who was even worse, PD53310761, who got on my case because I reported that Savella was not the drug for me and gave my reasons. I felt like I had committed a crime! After 4 hateful postings, I reported her to admin explaining that not only was she on my case but was posting hatefulness to others. She was blocked by admin the middle of July, posted a couple of times in August and then disappeared for good. However, Mis-Unshine started doing long, windy posts, quoting her "friend" that sounded a lot like PD5331. I suggested that she and PD start their own group for perfect people only and then I immediately blocked HER! Just wanted you to know... Kind regards, Patti (did you know you could google your screen name and it will lead you to your profile on DS? Scary)

    • Close Menopause

Abut 4 years ago, I was 32-33 at the time, my body went haywire. In the years since, I have been diagnosed with Chron's disease, Fibromyalgia, and now I am 15 months no period, just found out last week through blood work that I'm in early menopause. Mind you, I am 37 years old. I have all of the children that I want, but this is still difficult, and people seem to think that I'm "lucky"...no more periods. Well yah, but what about the raving lunatic that I have become? I don't feel "lucky".

    • Close Fibromyalgia

I came here looking for answers as to why I had stopped menstruating at 36, and joined prolactinoma support, convinced ANOTHER thing had gone wrong with me. 15 mos. later, an OB/GYN that knew what he was doing realized that I was in early menopause. I am sure this is becase I was diagnosed with Fibro 2 years ago after years of floating disabling pain. In addition, I have Chron's disease, and I am quite ill most of the time, it's hard with 2 young daughters and a hubby to take care of.So hereIam

I do not have Cushing's. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and early menopause. I am interested in learning how you were diagnosed.
