well lets see where do i begin? um... well i had been forgetting to take my anti depress.. and OMG it bit me in the arse reallllllll bad!! I never realizerd jsut how important this med is to me in dealing with everday life... I will never ever screw this med up again.. I mean I went crazy... just completely snapped!! I am back on it and working on getting back on track..
had a killer bday party for my best friend Nate this weekend.. too bad I decided( unwillingly) to snap during it!! :( thankfully my friends understand and still lv me,, :)
I read an article abuot Ginger Root.. helping to deal with headaches.. So I decided to try it out.. started taking it yesterday.. time will tell.. :)
Verapamil is still warding off the migraines.. I love it.. now we just need these dayum dailys to go away.. but I am definitly happy abuot the migraines..

Not a good idea to go off the anti's - did the same myself 3-4 yrs. ago - & felt dreadful! I will not do it again either. Glad you med. is working for migraines - mine is also: what a relief to feel normal again! Must dash, JaneD.
ok well.. i went to the neru last week.. we have decided to stick with the new plan we started last time... we just made some adjustments wo the amounts. he alsso gave me a script for zomig for my migraines.. which are very far and between right now.~!!!
i got myself a laptop and have registered for an online course.. where i am inly working PT i need to do something to keep my freakin brain alive!
rob and joel have both been sick.. joel not as bad.. but they are both finally over it.. i totally dodged this cold..
joel had his b-day last week.. my baby is 12... omg... lol he is such a great kid... i love him sooooooo much!!!!!
well i am jsut hanging out as the kids have another snow day.. wohoooooooooooo shit at this rate some kids willl be going to school until july... lol its baddddd

Hi there, Good to hear from you - and so pleased to hear tht you are getting a break from the dreaded migraines. I've been put on Sandomigran, which is doing the job very well - and the best thing, no bad sides, or even worse, allergy! I should be on top of the world, but the downer is - still no word from my younger d.! My g'son is 12 on 31st March. I was at his birth, & have close bond, but doubt I shall see him again. Glad to hear you survived,the virus, even tho' the others got it! What sort of laptop did you get? - Am thinking it's time to upgrade - before the Aust. dollar collapses! Take care now, JaneD.

Curious to know how this goes - have now got a droopy (sour) look, as have had no lower teeth for 7 yers now. Will get new plate soon, but mouth is puckered up & tunred down - it does not susit the rest of my face!!! Am I being vain?
