About Me
36 yr old working Mom, Married w/ 2 children. I have been overweight for at least the last 14 yrs. I was never really the skinnest kid around but not until my teens did it start to get harder to control. Both my parents died when I was very young and when they were young really from heart attack and stroke. I know that my weight can send me down the same road and I want to be here to watch my children and there children grow. My sugar keeps getting higher and the dr says I am teetering right on the edge of becoming a diabetic.

I have a 12yr Daughter (hands full with that one) who lets just say we should call little miss socialite. Who loves to torture then love her little brother.

- Patience Working / Worked
- It works most of the time sometimes very hard but my family says I have the patience of a saint.
Open Parenting Preschoolers (3-5)
Sports fanatic 4 yr old who has a few learning disabilities.
Treatments
- Child Time-out Somewhat Helpful
- Does not always work. Turns to a big battle
- Education (School) Working / Worked
- My son attends pre-k in the morning and a special-ed pre-k in the afternoon. Very helpful teaches many skills
- Patience Working / Worked
- Family says I have the Patience of a Saint. Works alot when in battle with son.
- Positive Reinforcement Working / Worked
- Works the best and son responds well most of the time.
