My newest goals I have decided will be to do some form of exercise daily no matter how bad I feel. Even if its just 5 or 10 minutes. So Starting tomorow I will get on my exercise routine. I plan to go walking 3 days a week and my week will look something like this I think. I may need to adjust it some depending on how I feel.
Mon- 30 minutes Gazelle and 10 minutes stretching warm up and 10 minutes cool down
Tues- Walking 1/4 mile with Paula weather permitting. If not I will do the 20 minute pilates dvd Sam bought me 4 years ago!
Wed- 30 Minutes Gazelle and 20 minutes stretching
Thurs- Walking 1/4 mile if not pilates or walk the walk dvd
Fri- Walk the walk 30 minute aerobic dvd
Sat- 30 minutes Gazelle and 20 minutes stretching
Sun- OFF day. Family day to do church, shopping, or just lounge with the family!
Im also hoping to throw in a few sit ups and crunches. I hope with our tax money after paying our home owners insurance and a few bills we will have enough to get a treadmill and dh a weight bench set. The kids are begging for a trampoline so hopefully there will be enough left over to get a few wants. If not atleast a trampoline for the kiddos and perhaps another cheapo pool for this summer. Im hoping the government will do the stimulus payments again cause it looks like our half our refund will be going to our home owners insurance. 2201.00 of it atleast. gosh insurance is so pricey!
