So I saw the doctor yesterday and I think we are headed in the right direction. She is amazing and really knows her stuff. I am on Prednisone, Methotrexate, Cymbalta, Gabapentin, Folic Acid & Vit D. She said it would take up to two months for the Methotrexate to work so I will then start to taper the Prednisone. Prednisone has helped with my sleepiness sensations but my body is still very fatigued. My Dr. figures I have both an autoimmune issue and fibromyalsia. So she is treating both. I have been getting a massge once a week and that is helping too. I will let everyone know how the drugs are working in the next few months. Just cross your fingers I do not have a ton of side effects. :)
