Type: Loss of a ChildOn December 1, 2007 my daughter chelsea who was 15 spent the night at her cousins house, The cousin talked chelsea into sneaking out,It was cold so the tried to take a short cut across the freeway. Chelsea was struck and killed instantly, the Man who killed her, just kept going, He went home completly washed his car inside and out, dumped it and reported it stolen. There were witnessess who called 911 but nobody stopped to help the girls, Jessica was able to drag her off the road
