Close Alzheimer's Disease
Stage: Advancedhi, i'm new to the group. my husband was diagnosed w/alz in 2000. he is now in a VA home. how do i handle the changes in my life, and the loniness i'm feeling. i need advice and help coping.

Feel at times going to faint or die-fear,dizzy and peculiar. Heart pounds and I feel like running so won"t pass out or die.

Husband has AD- only caregiver-has caused HBP and anxiety and panic attacks among along list of other things.

Open Family Issues
Long story, in short have only 1 sister and my husband who has alzheimers and self are barred from their home and out of their lives. No other family. For what reason...unknown. Hate my husband. Why? perhaps because because he always treated me like a princess and sisters husband is satans hell pal.

- Only contact is with one of her daughters who knows what her mother is like and keeps me informed. This daughter is more like mine as her mom has also semi-disowned her also.
