Last evening I was sitting on the end of my bed in Phillip's & I's bedroom, "MY jail cell as I call it or maybe my Chosen Corner. It is my Sancro Sanatorium. Phillip & his Mother are watching a ballgame in the living/dining room. With an occasion squabble breaking the game. Sarah is working on her computer and darting around like a humming bird, trying to keep busy. I am just siting shell shocked bi the weight of things around me. Tired of myself more then anything else.
I have gotten to the point I hate being the way Iam.
I can not go on being so beat down all the time The live Phillip, Sarah & I might have seemed like much to others but at least it was our lives. It is so nice when we get a break. Like when Peggy comes & take her out for a few hours. We never go out any more just the three of us. So I am really making an attempt to climb once more out of the muck & mire I find my self in. I am forcing myself to start on a new afghan. "idle hands} & all that. I know it will take some time. I hope it works out this time. So I apologize for being such a grumpy old B***h lately. Hope in my self pity wallow party I did not offend you all.

You need to make arrangements to have her "visited" more often - is there a church or a respite care agency available so you could get more breaks and have some time for yourself alone and for the three of you together?

Yes I agree - get someone to take the m.i.l. out more often so you and your husband and daughter can have some time together as the family you are. Here in Canada the catholic church has an organization for this type of thing - I would think other churches would have the same too - just start making some phone calls and see what you can get.

PLEASE ALL OF YOU PRAY FOR OUR KATHY. THIS WAS THE BEST WAY I COULD THINK OF TO REACH ALL OF HER MANY FRIENDS ON HERE WHO LOVE HER. KATHY WAS RUSHED FOR SURGERY TO HOSPITAL LAST USA LABOUR DAY WHERE SHE STILL IS. THE LATEST A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO IS SHE WAS HAVING SEIZURES, AND DR S HAVE NO CLUE WHY THIS HAS STARTED. IF I GET ANOTHER UPDATE I POST IT IN GEEZERS VIA HER OR MY GROUPS AS WERE BOTH ADMINS THERE, SO YOU CAN KEEP UP WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING.

She has been moved to another room and is now eating and drinking herself in the hospital ward after the surgery labour day.
