What the hell... Mood
Tuesday, June 16, 2009 | A Venting story
I'm gone for a while and everything changes. MOST of it I can figure out, however, I just went in to update my goals and holy shit!!!LOL, this techno challenged old lady was without hope. So I'll tell you, I lost 0 more pounds, house should be done end of month, I would call that 95% and I've never financially gotten in a possition to get a new rheumy doc. So that's about all here. Over and out!Tongue out

Stop crapping on yourself! Take a realistic look at what you have accomplished and you will be shocked into realising how great you are my friend.

    Congrats on the house though.

So what if you haven't lost any weight, we still love you no matter what. You are being to hard on yourself. You need to find some time to do what you want to do and not what others expect. Thinking of you always xoxoxox kathryn

Maybe you haven't lost weight but you have lost inches (much more important). Are you clothes fitting loser? As you exercise and tone up you'll find that the weight is NOT going down because muscle weighs more than fat. This is exactly what you want. Visually, no one is going to know how much weight you've lost only that you look slimmer. That's why when someone says, "You look great, have you been losing weight?" you are surprised. Maybe you haven't lost weight because you have replaced fat with toned muscle. That's what's happening to me as I do slow moving exercises at home. I have now gone down one complete size and am encouraged to pump up the bicycle tires and ride around the neighborhood. And, when my new swimsuit arrives, I'll be off to the heated pool for lap swims on the boogey board (great toning exercise for the hips, legs and back). Keep on with your exercise program and IN THE MEANTIME concentrate on other things like a new haircut or wardrobe revamping.
