I was also recently diagnosed and can say I have had similar symptoms as your husband. I have just started taking bromocriptine (this is my 3rd day) an so far the side effects haven't been as rough as the dostinex. That stuff was just hard on me.

    • Close Prolactinoma

We just recently learned my husband has Prolactinoma. The physician said the tumor is 11x14x10 ml, which obviously doesn't seem large when it's compared to a Peanut M&M. But, it causes my husband headaches, temper issues, vision problems, you name it. He has not yet met with the Endocrinologist to discuss surgery or medication.

      Treatments

      Dostinex Too Soon to Tell
We just started it today. IT'S EXPENSIVE.
    • Close Hysterectomy

I have to have a hysterectomy. It's partial, fortunately. I have menorrhagia, cystocele, rectocele, a tilted uterus, urinary incontenence, and uterine prolapse. But my doctor is performing a vaginal hysterectomy. Why isn't he performig a laparoscopic hysterectomy? I'd rather have that.
