LIFE SUCKS!!!
LIFE SUCKS!!!
My hubby suffered a massive stroke in 2004, and our life has never been the same, it left him 100% disabled, and both of us being truckers, we lost everything we had, except each other, because I refused to put him in a nursing home, so I have been his sole caregiver since...I have no insurance, so I have to try and keep myself as healthy as possible, which is kind of hard, since I have Hep C, and I, too, had a stroke in 1985, but I just pray that God will give me the strength, and patience to continue to care for him, without losing what little bit of my mind I have left! LOL! Pretty hard to do with this ex-hippir, (50) who grew up in the 70's, and lived them to the fullest! Many prayer's to you, and hang in there!
To f/u my message...a major medical center is a good place to start.
wanted to send over a hug - stroke is hard.....was reading your post.....my husband had one in 2005 - and well I just wanted to give a hug :)
