Hi Everyone...

Hi Everyone,

This is my first entry, I just joined today.  Unfortunately, this has not been a very good day.  I have been struggling with suicidal thoughts for a couple of months now and though I am on meds and see my therapist every week..........I'm still having a difficult time.  This is very frustrating as I have been dealing with depression since my teens.  My daughter (19)was diagnosed with depression/anxiety three years ago, was hospitalized for 10 days and on meds for a year.  She is doing a lot better now, but that was a very difficult period.  Now, my 14 year old son has started therapy for a variety of reasons.  I would love to hear from people who have  worked through stuff like this....I really need the support!
