Close Chronic Pain
I have suffered with pstd for thirty years. I have suffered with chronic pain for twenty one years. Have current diagnosis of fibromyalgia, degenerative discs do to radiation treatments. Had cervical fusion in 1993. Suffer with chronic panic disorders.
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- Still use about twice monthly, as all I can afford.
- Oxycodone Somewhat Helpful
- Take about two thousand over a three montn period for breakthrough pain.
- Duragesic Patch Somewhat Helpful
- Change patch every seventy two hours.
- Klonopin Somewhat Helpful
- Take at night to help with sleep, as I cannot sleep in a bed. I currently sleep in a recliner because I cannot lie flat.
Close Panic Attacks
I started haveing panic attacks/PTSD about one week after my first divorce in 1978. I was 22 years old, and married to my high school sweetheart. She left me abrubtly after we moved to Denver. We married in a very small town in Kansas, and after having problems with drug usage by both of us we decided to move as I had a job lead in Denver with extended family. I awoke one morning changed forever. I went from having no fears, to fearing everyone, and everyplace. Especially women in the beginning.

Open Fibromyalgia
I've had fibromyalgia among other things including hemangioamas in my spine, cervical fusion, panic attacks, etc.
Treatments
- Adderall Somewhat Helpful
- Helps me stay awake, and a little with fibrofog at times.
- Cymbalta Not Working
- Became suicidal, just like every other antidepressant I've been tried on.
- Duragesic Patch Working / Worked
- Been wearing a patch for about 10 years now. Also take roxicodone for breakthrough pain
- Effexor Not Working
- Became suicidal
- Elavil Not Working
- Became suicidal
- Clonazepam Working / Worked
- Helps me to get some sleep at night

It's in the genes. My dad was so anxious he became an alchoholic to medicate himself. He would hide from people, and never ever attended any of his childrens school events,etc.
