Type: Loss of a Parent

My Dad died Jan 15, 05. He died of a pulmonary embolism. It was very sudden and we never expected it. He was very good at going to the dr.s and getting his checkups and taking his diabetes medicine. I still can't believe he is gone...it's been only 2 months...I am past the numb all the time stage...sometimes I break out crying, sometimes I cry myself to sleep. I have a really hard time talking in person to people about my pain and about memories. I miss him more than I can express.
